    Traditional methods and machinery are still used to cut, saw, mold and polish the horns into our unique products.
    Horn is a by-product of the meat industry and with it being a natural, biodegradable material it has been ground up and used as fertiliser for hundreds of years as it is so rich in calcium it is great for use in the garden and for growing crops. Once discarded, it will leave no footprint for future generations to worry about unlike plastic.
    Abbey Horn is the last remaining horn works in Britain.

    Ascot Chang left his hometown, Fenghua, at age fourteen to apprentice under a master shirtmaker in Shanghai. In 1949, he leaves for Hong Kong where he starts taking orders for custom made shirts. Knocking on door after door, he visits the offices of Shanghainese businessmen who are not able to find high quality shirts in Hong Kong.

    Founded in 2016, Baudoin & Lange is a London-based shoe brand founded by Allan Baudoin and Bo Langevald. Baudoin, a former computer scientist turned bespoke shoemaker, teamed up with Langevald to create elegant yet exceptionally comfortable shoes, particularly focusing on Belgian-style loafers. They are known for their craftsmanship and attention to materials.

    A journey made by the company’s founder Mikiharu Tsujita. From his humble beginnings selling vintage Levi’s XX jeans to baying customers, under the roof of Osaka vintage store, Lupine, to making jeans with the owner of that store and founder of Evisu, Hidehiko Yamane, Tsujita-san has always been driven by his passion for vintage denim. Of those early days Tsujita-san says “I wanted to make something better. Something I could continue making for a long time into the future.” And he did just that.
    At the end of the year of 1992, he decided to go his own way, and founded a company with quality and tradition at its heart. Finding a name for the company seemed to come easily for Tsujita-san; stemming from a love of baseball, and equated to the position in which the fledgeling company now found itself, he opted for the name, Full Count. Mr Tsujita’s painstaking attention to quality control not only conjures the old adage of ‘if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it’, but also creates its own of ‘if it’s broke, fix it, and maintain it!’

    Known and loved for their iconic ‘Le Moccasin 180’ and many more, J.M Weston is a cult-favourites of sharply dressed gentlemen.     J.M Weston shoes are crafted at a single factory in Limoges. They are the only shoemaker with its own sole leather tannery, the manufacturer takes time to do its job at the heart of the Tannerie Bastin in Saint-Léonard-de-Noblat. Each pair takes two months to produce a pair of shoes and over 150 procedures are required for each model. By using traditional techniques such as the Norwegian welt technique and distinctive shape and fine-stitch seam for the shoe, J.M. Weston made the choice to preserve an exceptional know-how that has remained unchanged, each pair a symbol of French heritage.

    Since their founding in 1925, they have devoted themselves to manufacturing brushes while preserving their old history and traditional techniques. At the time of their founding, they had a small factory behind our house in Noda, Osaka Prefecture, and worked as a family industry. Start with a part of the work that implants hair into the wooden handle.
    Since then, in order to meet the needs of their customers, they have increased the number of processes until the completion of the brush one by one. Currently, Japan is the only company that manufactures wooden brushes from the purchase of raw materials such as wood and animal hair to the finished product. They are the only company in Japan.
    In addition, from 1925, when the company was founded, to 2008, 100% of the orders received were OEM, and they have continued to provide their customers with “only really good products” by making the most of our traditional techniques and the ability to carefully select each material.
